Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 19, 2026

This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding the cancellation of subscriptions, services, and orders placed with Ardcast Services Limited.

1. Subscription Services (SaaS & Apps)

If you have subscribed to a recurring service (e.g., Premium Web Tools, Mobile App Subscriptions), the following rules apply:

1.1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Website Subscriptions: Log in to your account dashboard, navigate to "Billing" or "Settings," and select "Cancel Subscription."
Mobile Apps (Apple iOS): You must cancel via your Apple ID settings. We cannot cancel iTunes subscriptions on your behalf.
Mobile Apps (Google Play): You must cancel via the "Subscriptions" section of the Google Play Store app.

1.2. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops the auto-renewal of your service. It does not trigger an immediate refund.

Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
At the end of the billing cycle, your account will revert to the "Free" tier (if available) or be suspended.

1.3. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

2. Physical Order Cancellation

For orders of physical goods (merchandise, hardware):

2.1. Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact support@ardcast.com immediately with your Order ID.

If caught in time, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2.2. After Dispatch

If the order has already been processed or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Returns Policy to return the item for a refund.

3. Digital One-Time Purchases

For non-subscription digital goods (e.g., lifetime licenses, downloadable asset packs):

Once the download link has been generated or the license key revealed, the order is considered "fulfilled." Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, cancellation is not possible once access has been granted.

4. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or order immediately and without notice if:

We are unable to charge your payment method (e.g., expired card).
You violate our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
We discontinue the specific service or product line.

If we terminate your service due to a violation of our Terms (e.g., abuse of tools, fraud), you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
