Everything you need to know about upgrading, downgrading, and managing your billing securely.

Cross-Platform Entitlements

When you purchase a Pro tier (like Parent Pro or Educator) for an app like Ardcast Worksheets, that purchase instantly applies across all platforms. If you subscribe on your laptop via Stripe, your mobile app will automatically unlock Pro features the next time you open it.

Mobile Store Purchases: If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your billing must be managed directly through Apple or Google. We cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.

How to Upgrade

  1. Navigate to the Apps Library.
  2. Select the app you wish to upgrade.
  3. Click View Pricing Plans.
  4. Choose your tier and complete the secure checkout via Stripe.

Managing your Stripe Billing

If you purchased your subscription directly on our website, you can update your credit card, download past invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard and clicking Manage Billing.
