Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 19, 2026
Ardcast Services Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates a diverse ecosystem of mobile applications, web-based digital utilities, and content platforms. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (1) Information you provide directly; (2) Information collected automatically; and (3) Information from third-party sources.
1.1. Information You Provide
Account Data: If you register for an account (e.g., for syncing app data), we collect your email address and chosen username.
User Content: Data you input into our tools (e.g., financial figures in a calculator) or post to our platforms (e.g., comments on a blog).
Vendor Requests: If you explicitly request a service quote (e.g., mortgage offers), we collect the specific details required to fulfill that request.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data & Telemetry: We collect anonymous data about how you interact with our services (e.g., features used, session duration) to drive Research & Development.
Device Data: Model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (where permitted) to ensure software compatibility and security.
Crash Reports: If our software malfunctions, a log is sent to our engineering team containing stack traces and device state information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We use the information we collect for specific business purposes:
Service Delivery: To provide the features you requested (e.g., displaying a leaderboard score).
Research & Development (R&D): To analyze usage trends and crash logs to improve stability and develop new features.
Communications: To send you administrative information, such as policy updates or security alerts.
Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical security issues.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share information with third parties only in the following circumstances:
Consent: We may share your information if you have given us specific consent to do so.
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party vendors for infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, database management) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.
4. Web Tools & Vendor Matching
Our "Digital Utilities" (calculators, converters, etc.) operate under two distinct modes:
4.1. Client-Side Processing (Default)
By default, our web tools process your inputs locally within your browser. Data entered (such as document files for conversion or financial figures) is not transmitted to our servers and is discarded when you close the tab.
4.2. Vendor Matching Services (Opt-In)
Certain tools (e.g., Mortgage Calculators, Insurance Estimators) may offer an option to connect you with third-party vendors. This is entirely optional.
If you choose to use a "Get Quote" or "Find Provider" feature, you explicitly authorize us to transmit the data you entered to selected partners for the purpose of generating that quote. We will clearly label these interactions.
5. Mobile Applications & Games
5.1. Interactive Features
Some applications include online features such as Global Leaderboards, Multiplayer Matchmaking, or Cloud Save. Use of these features requires the transmission of game states, scores, and your username to our servers. Your username and high scores may be visible to other users globally.
5.2. Diagnostics
To maintain the quality of our software ecosystem, our mobile applications automatically transmit anonymous crash reports and performance metrics. This data is aggregated and used exclusively for engineering purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including:
Legal Obligations: Retaining records for tax, audit, and compliance purposes.
R&D and Statistics: Aggregated, anonymized telemetry data may be retained indefinitely to analyze long-term software performance trends.
Active Accounts: Account data is retained as long as your account remains active.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
Access: The right to request copies of your personal data.
Rectification: The right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
Erasure: The right to request that we erase your personal data (the "Right to be Forgotten").
Portability: The right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the email below.
