Modern Slavery Statement

1. Business Structure & Sourcing

We are a technology company based in the United Kingdom. Our business model includes software development as well as the retail of physical goods.

Our sourcing strategy includes procuring components and finished goods from global marketplaces and international distributors. Consequently, our supply chain is diverse and spans multiple jurisdictions with varying labor regulations.

2. Supply Chain Visibility

We acknowledge that the nature of sourcing via global marketplaces and third-party distributors limits our visibility into the upstream manufacturing process.

Direct vs. Indirect Suppliers:

• Direct Operations: Within our own offices and direct hiring, we maintain strict control and zero tolerance for exploitation.

• Extended Supply Chain: For goods sourced via international platforms, we do not hold direct relationships with the factories of origin. We recognize that these multi-tier supply chains carry an inherent risk of opacity regarding labor conditions.

3. Due Diligence & Audits

We do not currently conduct independent audits of our suppliers.

Given the scale of our operations and the transactional nature of our procurement (purchasing finished goods), we do not have the capacity to inspect manufacturing facilities or verify the labor practices of third-party vendors.

Instead, our approach is reactive:

• We assume that suppliers listed on major global platforms are subject to the platform's own vetting and compliance requirements.

• If legitimate evidence of modern slavery or human trafficking regarding a specific supplier or product line comes to our attention, we will cease trading with that supplier immediately.

4. Commitment

While we cannot guarantee the labor conditions of every component in our supply chain due to the reasons outlined above, we remain committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We operate on the presumption of compliance: we expect all entities we transact with to adhere to the laws of their respective countries. We do not knowingly support or engage with any business involved in forced labor.
