Definitions

Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalized terms used in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other agreements shall have the meanings set forth below.

Refers to Ardcast Services Limited, a company registered in Scotland, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies.
- "User", "You", "Your"
Refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- "Parties"
Refers collectively to both the Company and the User.
- "Agreement"
Refers collectively to the Master Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other policy linked herein.
2. Service & Infrastructure
- "Service" or "Services"
Refers collectively to the Website, Mobile Applications, Web Tools, APIs, and any related services provided by the Company.
- "Website"
Refers to the website accessible at https://ardcast.com and its subdomains.
- "Application" or "App"
Refers to any software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Ardcast or distributed under our developer accounts.
- "Web Tools"
Refers to the browser-based utilities, calculators, converters, and generators hosted on the Website.
3. User & Content
- "Account"
Refers to a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
- "Content"
Refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to, or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
- "Device"
Refers to any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
- "Personal Data"
Refers to any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
4. Commercial & Financial
- "Subscription"
Refers to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.
- "Free Trial"
Refers to a limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.
- "Lifetime License"
Refers to a one-time purchase granting access to a specific product for the lifetime of that product's availability, as defined in the Subscription Terms.
- "Order"
Refers to a request by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.
5. Legal & Compliance
- "Force Majeure"
Refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
- "GDPR"
Refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
