Commitment to Digital Inclusion

Ardcast Services Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Ardcast Services Limited website and web tools are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, though we are actively working to remediate these issues.

Measures to Support Accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of our ecosystem:

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:

  • Legacy Web Tools: Some of our older calculators or converters may utilize JavaScript libraries that are not fully optimized for screen readers. We are in the process of refactoring these tools.

  • User-Generated Content: We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content uploaded by other users (e.g., forum posts, images without alt text).

  • Third-Party Integrations: External services such as payment gateways or mapping tools may not satisfy the same standards as our core platform.
